Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Cancellation
- 24-Hour Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled at a later date.
- Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged full price of the session fee. This fee covers the time reserved for the appointment.
2. No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full payment for the scheduled session will still be required.
4. Refunds
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made for workshops, retreats, or special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
5. Workshop and Event Cancellations
- Client Cancellation: Cancellations made by the client more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged 50% of the event fee.
- Organizer Cancellation: If the workshop or event is cancelled by us, clients will receive a full refund.
6. Package Deals
- Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to cancel the remaining sessions, you will be refunded for the unused sessions, minus any discounts applied for the package deal.
- Expiration: Package deals must be used within the specified time frame (e.g., within 6 months of purchase). Unused sessions will not be refunded after this period.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
